Runners’ Strength, Recovery Run, Yoga + Pilates, and Instructor Anniversary Collections for This Week at Peloton (11/4-11/10) - Peloton Buddy
Peloton shared which featured classes you can look forward to during the week of November 4-10, 2024, via their weekly “This Week at Peloton” Instagram.
First up, Peloton has released a new set of their strength for runner classes. Two new strength classes for runners became available on demand on November 3, including a 30 minute Strength for Runners with Matt Wilpers and a 10 minute Core for Runners with Becs Gentry.
Also this week, enjoy some recovery movement with Kirsten Ferguson’s newest 20 minute Recovery Run. This pre-recorded class with members in studio dropped on demand on November 4 at 12 AM ET.
This week was the debut of Peloton’s first ever official Yoga + Pilates class type. Anna Greenberg taught a 45 minute Yoga + Pilates class on Monday, November 4 at 7:30 AM ET. This class is now available to take from the on-demand library. You can find this new class type under the Yoga class category.
Lastly, celebrate the recent 5-year anniversaries of two beloved instructors! You can now find new “Greatest Hits” class collections for Hannah Frankson and Sam Yo in the on-demand library. Congratulations to Hannah and Sam on 5 years with Peloton!
